TT Colonel Bueno (barn name Gunsmoke) is a 5 year old Registered Quarterhorse gelding. Approx 15hh. He is a nicely built young bay who will ride english or western. Has a nice neck rein. Great w/t/c. Very comfortable gaits. Will move right out but doesn't go faster than you ask him to. He is great in the ring and on the trail. Will go out in the lead or follow. Will go out alone. Happy to go through anything we have asked him to. Quiet around cows, dogs, atvs, and traffic. Very sensible personality. He has excellent ground manners. Very easy horse to work with and work around. Very friendly. Leads, ties, loads, trailers, cross ties, picks up feet quietly. We discovered that Gunsmoke is having soreness in his heels, on the fronts. We have not done xrays or any other diagnostic tests to further diagnosis the issue. He is currently barefoot, but with corrective shoeing and/or supplements he may turn out to be sound. We are looking to place him in either a rehabilitative home with someone who is willing to do what he needs to make him comfortable for riding or for a companion.
