"Smartie" is a beautiful correct 5-year-old with great breeding who is supple, very athletic, has a nice turn-around and rollback and an excellent work ethic. She had three months of under-saddle professional training last fall and has been back in training in 2010 since May. She has been out on trails by herself and with others and was sensible and sure-footed. Her ground manners are superb; she is good in a box stall; and will stand quietly tied all day. She has been hauled to several different arenas and won some money in ranch sorting at local and regional competitions; and although Smartie has had limited hauling to pennings, she has already won money at the local level. This NICE young mare is not spooky and should excel as an OHSET mount or on a drill team, and would be really fun and competitive for an amateur rider. Smartie also could become a great barrel horse with her speed, good mind and ease of handling. Smartie is totally sound, current on all health care, conditioned and ready for a knowledgeable horseman/woman to start competing on.
