Looking for that steady been there done that trail horse or a great horse to help build confidence? Here he is...Sampson is a 25 yr old Standardbred gelding 17.1 hands. We have used him primarily for trail riding and have been up in the mountains, the beach and on several overnight camping trips. He is great to ride and is always sound and healthy. He will cross water, bridges and logs. Highlines with no problems, trailers great, enjoys his baths and has great ground manners. Good with vet and farrier. Always kept up to date on vaccines, worming and shoeing. Dont let his age fool you he still likes to go and would make a great youth horse or just for trail riding. We are seeking a good home for Sampson and for this price somebody is getting an awesome horse. Price is firm and we will be very careful in selecting his new owners and will ask to see the facilities that he will be going to. The only reason that we are selling is due to my husbands health.
