He will not take advantage of his young rider and loves the attention. He comes to you in the pasture, he is healthy, sound and as gentle a pony as you will ever find. He is nicely broke to ride and will carry children or small adults with zero fuss. He will walk, trot, canter, stop and back on cue. Bear has no bad habits, he is excellent with his feet, he cross ties to saddle and bridle for kids. He is not at all pushy, spooky or aggressive. He is extremely mild mannered and loves children and people. Bear is exposed to tractors, lambs, llamas, dogs, etc and takes it all in stride. Bear is not the type of pony to take advantage of a beginner rider and is gentle and patient under saddle. He will stand quietly when asked and we have lots of video and hundreds of photos. Bear has been ridden with an english and western saddle. He also rides bareback with a halter and a leadline. He is one of the nicest ponies we have ever owned and we are now offering Bear for sale to the perfect loving home.
