Tootsie is an adorable little four year old pony - most likely Shetland. She is very tiny and has recovered from malnourishment. She is a pocket pal, loves people, kids, other horses, and even goats. She is being trained to ride, but should take to it well. . She is very attached to another pony who is called Java, and is her half brother. Java is very rideable and is just over 14 hands.
Her adoption fee is $500.
