Winnie is a pretty, 6 year old, 16.2h registered black Percheron mare. She has an outstanding personality and is great minded. She's lovely under saddle, with great gaits and presence, ridden on the buckle in a snaffle. Winnie has been started over fences showing great form, as well as jumping small logs on the trail. She is unflappable on the trails. Previous owners said she also drives but we have only ridden her. We are only selling her to free up some stalls for our training program that is primarily western. Mariah Farm - We specialize in training the western horse, with focus on reining, pleasure, trail and horsemanship. Our trainer, Sarah Ganser, has nearly 20 years of experience working with horses. She has apprenticed with some of NRHA's top trainers, including Jody Brainard, Mike McEntire and Brian Bell. Our farm is located in beautiful Leesburg, Virginia, and our facility offers impressive accomodations. We have a spacious outdoor arena, as well as a 100x200 indoor ring with ample skylighting, ventilation fans and a watering system. We also have plenty of pasture for turnout.
