Lovable Buttermilk Gelding

Dylan is a buttermilk bucksin 3 year old gelding. My kids and I rescued him from a very bad environment, and he was nearly dead when we brought him home. He has come a long, long way from the baby that nearly died. He was supposed to be out of tall quarter horse stock but has only reached 13.2 hands. My daughter is tall and barrel races and needs a taller horse than Dylan. She has ridden him a few times and done a lot of ground work with him. He loves kids, doesn't mind being alone and walks in and out of the trailer easily. He is sound and has good feet. He has an overbite that the vet assessed for us and determined that Dylan copes with it and just needs grain and fine, not coarse, hay. He would make a great 4-H project. We have too many and need to find a loving home for a very good boy. Ready to finish your way.

Nashville Trails - We are a small family-run trail ride facility. We show pleasure, games, barrels andendurance on the weekends and also participate in parades. We have also rescued horses from others who could not care for them properly. We have too many at this time and sadly need to down-size to fit our 40 acres.
