Mary has been used mainly in harness as a part of a team, but is also broke to ride and has excellent brakes! This quiet mare has been used in harness for giving sleigh/wagon rides, been in parades, lightly pleasure ridden, used to cattle, llama's and children. She has had regular maintenance and is easy to handle. (ties, cross ties, trailers, easy to catch, stands for farrier, etc) We have owned Mary since she was a yearling and it's hard to let her go, but we have change our focus on our farm and she's getting tired of sitting in the pen. She wants a new home that she will be worked and loved!! (As she deserves) She is priced to sell so she can continue on with the next chapter of her life. She is very versatile and can be used in a variety of ways, so she shouldn't be sitting here any longer! Mary's girth is very large and eats up a long leg, so if there is a tall rider out there needing a suitable mount, she may be for you!
