Della is a 6yr old solid black grade Percheron mare. She is a joy to have around- typical Percheron demeanor, but with personality and a little spunk! She is broke to ride- English or Western, hasn’t been ridden much lately so needs a refresher course. I bought her as a dressage prospect for her conformation and long sweeping gait. Della is very intelligent, level-headed, a quick learner, and retains what she knows. She hasn’t done trail riding or driving but could do both easily with some training. She is very quiet for the farrier, grooming, bathing, etc and has been healthy and overall an easy keeper. She has not been bred, but would probably be a good broodmare also.
