Phoebe is a rescue has a hardy disposition , no vices, beautiful mover, and is 100% sound. Could do anything in her 2nd career. we are a rescue for Tb's , Phoebe is a top notch hunter prospect and needs a rider who is sensitive and will take it slow as she can get a little hyped. But this mare is alot of fun and very talented.
