We are a small farm that rescues horses from auctions, kill buyers, race tracks, and we take horses people can no longer afford. We bring them back to health, make them a part of out family, work on training, and try to find them homes where they will be loved and appreciated. Clare is 15.3H, 4 year old, Thoroughbred mare that is Chestnut with flaxen mane!! Clare is very flashy with tons of chrome. She is GORGEOUS. Clare is very well bred, and has bloodlines that impress!! She is very claim, sane, sound, no vices, she has great ground manners, and is a doll. She has a temperament that people search for!! She stands well for the vet, farrier, bathing, grooming, and she trailers well. We got her off the track, and I can see why they retired her. She is very laid back, and loves to be fussed over. She does not have a mean bone in her body, we have never seen her kick, buck, bite, in fact I have never seen her pin her ears. She also does very well in the herd, and is close to the bottom in the pecking order. She rides well w/t/c. We have been taking her on trail rides, and she does great. She is forward, and listens well. She is not spooky, sure footed, and confident on the trails. If you are looking to show Clare could be your girl. She could excel at any discipline. She is level headed, forward thinking, and ultra flashy. She is eager to please, and learns very quickly. Very good head on her shoulders.
