Former Roping and Speed Horse

Red is a former ranch horse who has been used for roping, penning and speed events. He is all about speed. He needs an experienced rider, but can do great in speed events with a little work. He hasn't been used for roping in over a year, so he may be a little rusty. Red is NOT a trail horse, he does not spook on trails, but gets too excited to do trails calmly. With a little time he could be a good roping horse or be used for penning too. he stands fine for the ferrier, easy with his feet, is an easy keeper, no buck or rear, but is an excitable horse. is middle of the herd in a pasture
