Additional Comments:
Quin is a very special girl who was refused proper care with eye issues and as a result is now almost totally blind. She is very easy going and sweet. (Severe Recurrent Uveitus) Blind, does have partial sight in right eye. Gets along fine with pasture mate. She loves being around other horses but gets run over and pushed around a lot. She needs a loving home with smaller pasture buddies (ponies or donkeys). She also gets run from her feed and needs to be separated at feeding time. She does not have a mean bone in her body, but due to blindness she is very jumpy and relies on her hearing a lot. So when one is around her you have to constantly talk to her to let her know where you are at. She will do whatever you ask of her so long as you give her time to calm down and think about it. She has not had an easy life and due to the neglect she suffered it has caused her blindness. Companion only, although it was reported that she is broke to ride. Quin needs to have a open green pasture with no obstacles such as trees, debris, machinery along with a safe fence *NO Barbwire* Once she gets used to her boundaries she has little trouble getting around. Right now she is confined to a run with a shed due to the other horses harming her and she really needs to find a home that will love and care for her. She also has many scars due to being kept on a rope and tie to things such as junk vehicle in which she was injured. She has no other medical or lameness issues
