"Dotty" is a 5 year old registered Paint mare. She has had 90 days under saddle training. She yields hind quarters and fore quarters, started on cattle and roping, 4-H halter prospect, trail rides well and sure footed, doesn't spook, never offered to buck or throw a rider and doesn't bite. Great ground manners, doesn't crowd, leads well. Neck reins, gives to leg pressure, side passes, good stop and backs. Has been ridden around cars/major roads and never spooked. Boss mare mentality but not food aggressive; pastured with other horses just fine, would make an excellent broodmare. Would make an excellent working horse pen or pasture, likes to "have a job". Kept barefoot, completely sacked out and had human interaction since birth. Fly spray and bathes no problem, ties and stands well. Needs a beginning intermediate to advanced rider.
