Additional Comments:
Good looking, athletic mare with a great disposition sired by Mark the Colonel. She is a safe and comfortable ride and has been used extensively as a trail horse. I live by a huge conservation area in York Region so I trail ride 1/2 of the year to keep the horse and I physically fit. The other 1/2 of the year she is arena ridden and has been started on roping, barrel racing, and pole bending. I ride for 1-3 hours, 3-4 times a week. She leads and ponies with ease and is used to both. I usually trail ride alone, but she gets along well in a group too. You can ride her under any tack, or bareback comfortably. She is road safe and is regularly exposed to the sights and sounds of traffic, bikes, hikers, dogs, and farm equipment. No problem to leave or return to the farm by either riding or trailering. She loads on unfamiliar trailers and/or with unfamiliar horses and will also travel nose to tail in stock trailers. She has no health concerns, and is fine for routine vet check-ups, needles, and worming. She has front shoes and is reset every 10-12 weeks throughout the year. She is boarded outdoors and in the past has only been blanketed for severe weather conditions. I've owned her for 5 years, and bought her off the breeder who bred and raised her as a "rodeo prospect".
