Bettie is a 7 yr. old Draft/quarter mare with a very sweet willing attitude. Great on trail and in arena. She is not a horse for a beginner but will do fine for an intermediate/experienced rider. We are offering a lease w/option to buy or a straight sale. With lease option she will stay at current boarding facility. We will pay reg. vet care, farrier care, supplements etc. You will be able to ride her anytime you want so you will not have to worry about working out a schedule with anybody else. There are 2 full size arenas and a 60' roundpen. One arena is lighted for nighttime riding. There are also miles of desert trail riding surrounding the barn. We are willing to work out a payment program that fits your budget so please dont hesitate to ask. Bettie has some jumping experience and has been taken to a few shows and settles right down. She trailers, ties, clips, bathes, stands for farrier and is willing to work for you! She can honestly go in any direction you would wish to take her (english, western) she is very flexible.
