Lori is a 3 year old, 16.3h American Warmblood, Sired by the Thoroughbred Stallion "Harbor Man" and out of a registered 17.1h Percheron Mare "Oakbourne's Knightime Jazz".Lori was started under saddle in July of 2009 and has progressed well in her training. She is currently doing walk, trot, and canter in the ring, gives in to the bit, and responds quickly to the aids. Zephyr's Way Stable - Zephyr's Way Stable is open for boarding, lessons, and training in Keswick, VA right outside of Charlottesville. The facility is 50 acres and features a 16 stall barn with 12X12 stalls, two wash stalls, a grooming stall, a tack room, and a bathroom. There is an outdoor arena and a large grass field that is great for riding, jumping, etc. Field board starts at $300 per month and stall board starts at $475 per month. All board includes grain twice per day as well as deworming every other month. Training for young and green horses is available as well for $300 per month plus board fees. Lessons are offered with a hunter/jumper ARIA certified instructor starting at $25.
