7 year old broke chesnut quarter horse mare. We mainly use her for trail riding, she rides very well. She has very good ground manners and neck reins well. Has been shod in the past but is not currently. She is a dark chesnut in the winter and almost a dun color in the summer. She is bred to a buckskin/overo for a Mar/Apr. foal. She will lead, load and stand tied and is gentle. She would need an intermediate to experienced child. When I bought her she was being ridden by a 10 year old girl doing barrels and trail rides. I'm not saying she is a barrel horse, that is just what the girl was doing with her. Thank you for looking.
