Additional Comments:
Risky Business/ barn name RoccoReally good horses are hard to find but this guy is one!!! Rocco is a double Registered Rocky Mountain Horse Association /Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse Association, 11 year old gelding. I am no longer able to ride due to back problems and a good home with a responsible owner is a must for this great horse. Rocco is a gorgeous, solid, chocolate with a beautiful expressive head, and a kind and friendly nature. He has the typical Rocky disposition and is eager to please. He has a real presence and turns heads when we pass others. He was successfully shown when young, but I have used him on trails only. He has no bad habits, is light reined (can be ridden on the bit or on a loose rein), hobble-broken, backs easily, side-passes, works gates, ponies other horses, and mixes well in the pasture. He has good feet, and is easy to catch and handle for clipping, bathing, vet and shoer. He loads and trailers well and is a very easy keeper. He has NO vices and will walk at a slow speed with non-gaited horses as well as keeping up with the gaited ones. His stride is long and when gaiting he is so smooth he seems to glide. And he has a wonderful canter. He is up to date on all shots and his Coggins is current. Rocco was sired by C.R. Top Gun (dam Show Biz), by Choco Doc by Dock. Show Biz was sired by Johnsons Toby, dam was Johnsons High I.Q. Both go back to Tobe.I have owned Rocco for over 6 years and I have enjoyed him immeasurably. He is a horse who is happiest when he has a job and he has happily carried me on trails through woods, along rivers up hills and down, through rough brush, along roads with traffic all easily, quietly and willingly. As I am no longer able to ride, I am letting him down. He deserves more!
