Reverse is one of our 7 rescued horses. He is a 2 year old colt who arrived with a severe case of mange. His neck, legs, and the base of his tail were all badly eaten away. He had large cuts on his back legs from barbed wire. He was under weight and nervous around people. After one month, Travis' mange cleared up and is now fully healed. His cuts have healed and he's put on weight. When he first came to us he was terrified of people and would not allow anyone to approch him. Now he will follow you around like a puppy. He comes when you whistle and is a very sweet boy. He's friendly and loves treats and will make an excellent horse

Hoof Beats Stables - Hoof Beats Stable is a friendly, fun loving barn, located two miles from USI on the westside of Evansville. We offer both english and western riding lessons, a full care boarding facility, adopt a horse program, training, a large indoor arena for riding in every weather, and we also house a few of Evansville's Hadi Shriner Parade horses.
We are a short ride to several horse campgrounds including Double M, Hoosier National Forest, Garden of the Gods and High Knob.
