Additional Comments:
Abby is chestnut and white mustang paint mare. We estimate her to be about 15yrs-old, but cannot confirm because we don't have her original papers. She will be available for purchase at the conclusion of her 60day training which ends in November. She is aprox. 15hh give or take an 1" or so. She is a prospect at the moment with no official training toward a specific discipline, but she has her basics down. She can walk, trot and canter under saddle, stops and is starting to learn how to neck rein. I got her as a project horse and it was my intention to re-home her after her training. My audience for this horse is an intermediate rider who knows the basics of it all and is ready for a slightly more advanced horse. She is very sweet and loving. She ties, bathes, is good for the farrier, and is learning the finesse of trailering. I haven't clipped her with clippers yet, but she did fine with scissors. She can be caught in the pasture easily and LOVES cookies. I'm looking for a young rider, probably 4-H or pony-club related to take her on. She is a child's horse and is looking for the perfect little girl or boy to bond with. I'm advertising her now because I'd love for her to start to bond with her new rider now. If you love her and want to buy her, with 10% down you can start riding her now and learn while she does. I have a few horses in training so I don't have time to spoil her and give her all the attention she wants so thats your chance to do so. Also, if you plan on buying her I can start to aim her training specifically at what you plan to do. She would make an excellent western horse, but also looks adorable all dolled up in english. While taking her confo picture I had a vision of her being all glitzed up in drill team gear and I have a feeling she'd do wonderfully with that as well. She's been around heavy equipment and didn't even flinch. This horse is a gem and needs to find her permanent home. If you would like to see any more pictures of her or know more about her please don't hesitate to ask. Don't let this girl get away!! She'd be perfect for you!
