Additional Comments:
Two year old thoroughbred filly, great health. Current on shots/worming/coggins.-Has been started under saddle, has not had a 'ride' yet. Still basic ground work. -Amazing mover. Should mature out at around 16.2-16.3 according to the vet, as both of her parents were over 16 hh and her sire is 17.1. -Full sister sold to the number four polo-rider in the states, and is doing fantastic. -Has been lunged over small jumps [lifted off the ground enough she had to pick up her feet, maybe 6 in.] -Not spooky. -She has had blinders on, a bit/bridle, and saddle on at the same time. Showed no problems or fears, can be ear shy at times so we use a 'flip' bridle for her. -Easy to catch/tie/picks up all four feet with little fuss. -Isn't fond of a bath, and requires a wash rack or two people handling her while doing so. Doesn't mind a bucket and sponge bath, it's just the hose that scares her. -LOVES being in a stall, does not crib. -This girl was bred to race, her sire is Diogenes and can be found on www.allbreedpedigree.com/Diogenes. She's just an all around great horse, and can be registered for an extra 750 if registration papers are sent in by Dec. 31st this year. I'm not sure her exact birth date, I know it's in April. I can find out for sure from her original owner if the person interested in buying her would like to register her. She loves being fussed with, and will stand to have her mane and tail braided. She just couldn't be any gentler, I just know that someone will fall in love with her. Oakley currently stands at 15.2 1/2 hands, last measurement was a month ago.
