Lewis is a 8 year old,15h, Buckskin gelding that is currently being used as a ranch horse. He is great in the mountains and wonderful to ride in the arena too. He is super gentle and laid back with no buck or spook. He is gentle enough for anyone to ride and has the training to make a super 4-H horse. Gentle and quiet enough for the rail classes but he knows the speed events too, without getting worked up or hot headed. He is light on the bit and moves off leg aids, knows his leads and has a great stop. He has been hauled to rodeos and has been used as a pickup horse so he has been everywhere and seen the sights and is always well adjusted to his new surroundings. Started on cattle, roped the lead steer and started heading and doing great. It wouldn't take long for someone to finish him and he would be ready to haul. He is always one of the first to come to you in the pasture and great to handle on the ground. Easy to shoe, load and haul, ties well and great to bath. $3500.
