Additional Comments:
Here is a very special filly that is somewhere between sorrel and dun depending on the day you look at her. Our young daughters ride a 4 yr. old full sister to this filly for 4-H and ranch work. The sister was injured severely as a 2 year old, yet never gets crabby or difficult about the pain she suffers. She is quiet and gentle and talented and willing. She is super to drag calves to the fire or ride her with a little kid. She doesn't show when she is in heat. We can let her sit for weeks and then jump on her and go. She is extremely smooth. She's the best horse anyone could ask for. We think her little sister is very special. Faith was wonderful to halter break and everybody loved her. Her dam is Pacific Bailey bred from a roping horse family and her sire is Provocative Cowboy giving her reining and speed. Being a grade filly only makes this a better buy because she is going to be a really wonderful ride horse for somebody. We offer multi-horse discounts. More information is available on our website.

Company / Facility:
Mahlstedt Ranch, Inc. - We've raised registered Quarter Horses for 45 yrs. along with Salers cattle, feed grains, & 4-H lambs. Our horses have color, class, and cow with an emphasis on athleticism & speed & good dispositions. Our family operation is located in eastern Montana where we have dry summers and bitter, cold winters. Our horses have to be strong (just like the people) to survive here. Our primary goal is to raise horses that we can use on the ranch, but our horses are all over the country doing all kinds of wonderful things. We want to load your next best friend in your trailer! |
