Goldilocks has been used at the "Hay Lake" Riding Stable here in Springbrook for the past 4 years. I've boarded her since last Oct. for the owner who had domestic problems and needed to move her horses. They were well loved and taken good care of, doute any of her 4 had a bad life throughout. She was used again this year by Hay Lake for a couple of months and we have tacked her up and ridden her a couple times here as well. She is shoed on fronts. She gets along with others well, Is higher on the pecking order and has been pastured with approx. 20 others. I did forget to mention, her only other vice we noticed was that she's a bit touchy to be cinched, which makes me think, she may have been used to others cinching her a bit too tight for her liking. We've had no problem otherwise. During my ride I noticed she is definately a trail horse, would need to work with her a bit, no bucking issues at all but is more plow reined, neckreins only to right so far and wants to follow. Believe she is approx. 13 years old... Beautiful and easy keeper, she has lost her gait I think as a trail horse, would need to be trimmed for gait. Lady came out to see her and gave me that info. She needed one totally gaited as her friend hurt his back and needs total smoother ride. Ties, loads, trailers well, no known bad vices. Do have 6 more for sale as well. No reasonable offer refused, Horse Hay Trades possible. No meat market or auction possibility, will not trade for other horses. All must go...Calls welcome 715 634-5059
