Additional Comments:
We will post her 11-14-09 working cattle clinic video on youtube on 11-18-09. She could be a ranch and rodeo horse. Haven't breezed her yet on the barrels (haven't let her go/ run full out to see just how really fast she can go), but her trainer thinks she would be an honest threat to her competition if an experienced barrel racing person was to finish her. She does have the power required for barrels & that makes it so she wouldn't work for all types of riders (she would be too much horse for young kids). She is not soured or burnout (overdone) on barrel racing because we also started her on cutting, shes been many times worked on a mechanical cow & just twice to real cattle so she is not completely seasoned and she is not burnout on cattle either. Many videos. Shes in a nice spot at this time to finish her the way you want her to be finished. We kept her young mind good. Her trainer practices natural horsemanship. She hauls better than how most 3 yr. olds would haul in a livestock trailer. Shes normal/ good for the farrier. She was just recently vaccinated. She is rode in the trees on trail often. Her beautiful different type of buckskin gives her color genes an awesome added attribute to anyone's herd if your thinking of breeding her later on. Her sire is black homozygous tobiano. Her dam is a bright yellow buckskin overo. Her Grandsire (TERRIFICLY TUFF) has APHA points or Register Of Merits in halter, hunter hack, hunter under saddle, western pleasure, jumping, & western riding. Her Great-Grandsires (LEO SAN CITA & LUCKY STRAW) have APHA points or ROMs in heading, heeling, working cowhorse, reining, barrels, & steer stopping. She also has more pictures on www.Horseclicks.com, www.Equines4us.com, and www.HighCountryHorses.com. Watch Youtube video.
