Buckskin, big Solid Weanling Colt, Show Experience

Perfect buckskin colouring with lots of white chrome! This Solid Paint Bred colt has two hind socks and high black points above the hocks and a nice wide blaze on his face. He is a Big boy -- tall, big boned, good muscle, BIG round hip, great shoulder, pretty head, perfect straight legs and tough big feet. A great package, and very sweet natured, fearless, and friendly. Nice, agile, athletic mover that is very soft and light on his feet too.

Loves to be pet and scratched, loves people and kids, is not spoiled and has good ground manners. Very well halter broke, leads by fingertip, loads in the trailer without hesitation, travels well. Was shown in Sept 09, so did very well at the big, busy barn, has been bathed, clipped all over, blanketed, sprayed, polished and primped all over. Knows how to stand square for Halter class, will jog at your side. Lots of experience for a baby! Great start which will serve him very well in future training. Exposed at home to quads, dirt bikes, kids, dogs, cats, wildlife, bridges, chainsaws, machinery, other horses etc. etc. Very quiet colt.

His sire is a proven show horse with APHA Halter points, and World and Res. World champions in his pedigree. Dam comes from working cow and all-around lines with Major Bonanza and Sir Quincy Dan on her papers. Both Sire and Dam are very nice, smooth movers, with lots of pretty that goes way back in their lineage.

This colt has been bred to be a great all-around horse. He could go to the show pen for Halter, HUS, Trail, and Reining, as he is APHA Breeders Trust nominated, APHA Breeders Futurity nominated, and nominated to the Alberta Paint Horse Club CCF Futurity. He would also make a great Ranch horse, or just- for- pleasure horse too.
