Sterling is a 20 year old retired dude horse. He has given most of his life to packing around all sizes and ages of people and the last 6 years was leased out to the same family every summer for their kids. Still has a walk, trot and lope to him and could still be used as a 4-H horse. 100's of trail miles!! My daughter is 7 and she rides him, but he is probably a little too strong for her to ride out on the trails. She rides him in the arenas. This horse would be great for kids a little bigger or adults that need a confidence builder. He is 20 but thinks some days that he is still 10.
