"Lena" is a 15.2 8 yr old registered Appendix mare. She has 3 nice gaits, with a particularly nice flat kneed trot. Will go in a relaxed hunter frame or will connect and come round for the dressage. Lena works great off of your leg and seat and is light and responsive, though she is more of a "push" ride. Lena is schooling 2'6-2'9 and is familiar with water, ditches, and banks. Has an auto lead change about half the time. Lena is quiet enough for a beginner, and would be great for a child. Can be kicked and flopped on and is a saint. Great confidence builder for amateur adult as well. Would be a wonderful children's hunter, Pony Club, or 4-H mount! Trail rides quietly and isn't bothered by traffic or road noise.
