I am getting two horses that I really want but I will need to make room for them. I planned on breeding this mare that I paid close to $1,000 for. She has good racing bloodlines and is only 7 years old. She is registered with the Jockey club, although I need to find her papers. (I will find them, or see what it would take to order more.) Her registered name is MJ Preacher. Her sire is Preacherman (chestnut) and her dam's sire is Groomstick (grey).She is easy to handle and gentle. My daughter walks under her belly and she doesn't care. I can get on her back in the pasture and she doesn't care either. However I don't use her for riding. She suffered a racing injury, a fractured sesamoid bone. The vet declared her sound 5 years ago. She has been ever since. The vet said no racing or jumping but she can be ridden. I don't ride her because I bought her for a broodmare only. I have had her two years and have not bred her. She stands almost 16 hands tall, she is a big mare. She trailers and ties.
