Additional Comments:
1998 Grey Overo Mare. Double registered with the American Paint Horse Association and the Pinto Horse Association of America. She can also be registered AQHA. This mare has 81 APHA points in Western Pleasure in Open, Amateur, and Novice Amateur and 3 APHA points in Nov Am Hunter Under Saddle. She has been shown at the World Championship Paint Horse Show in Fort Worth, TX twice with previous owners. She rides bridlelss and is spur trained. Dead broke and extremely quiet. She is trail, traffic, and parade safe. Crosses water. Been around wagons. Has even team penned a few times and seemed to enjoy it. She is broke, broke, broke. She rides in any kind of pen - covered, indoors, or open. Not spooky at all - she has "been there and done that". Clips without twitch, leads, loads, bathes, and stands for farrier and banding with no problems. (I almost always show and haul alone since I live in a rural setting so I have to have a horse I can load, clip, bathe, band, blanket, and load by myself.) No vices. This mare also does horsemanship, showmanship, halter , trail class, and can do flying lead changes and reining spins. I do not have the time to show the breed shows so she has been shown locally since I've owned her. I won several championships and year-end championships with her last year, not to mention payback or jackpot classes. Her head is always where it is supposed to be and she is hard to beat, especially in walk/trot. I am an amateur and have shown and maintained her from home. Knows her job and does it well. I sent her to the trainer for a tune up since I have not been riding. I do not have time between work, family, and other obligations so I am getting out of horses for a while. This mare was shown at the Montgomery, Alabama APHA Show (Paint-O-Rama) the weekend of August 22nd and earned 3 points in Senior Western Pleasure. She is the daughter of Zippo Doc Bar and the granddaughter of Zippo Jack Bar. She has Mr Tailwind and Boston Mac on her papers on her dam's side. And that is her real tail - I keep it conditioned and in a bag. If you have any questions, please e-mail me at k9trooper525@yahoo.com. Or, please call Jeff Davis Show Horses in Gainesville, GA at 404-391-0408. Trainer will hopefully have youtube video up soon. Asking $15,000. May be interested in a partial trade for something that doesn't eat, plus cash. Please e-mail me with what you have to trade.
