Here is a four year old palomino colt. I've raised him from a yearling. he has been started just this past spring. i used him a lot on the ranch when i had to go check cows or gather cows. he doesn't have a great handle but does have somewhat of a neck rein and so on. he gets around great outside. hard footed. only had front shoes on once. he does let you pick his feet up. no buck or spook although he did used to like to bite and kick. i got him broke of kicking but he'll still try to bite every now and then. be a good trail or ranch horse.
