Additional Comments:
This is a gelded colt by PLENTYOFIT FREEDOM, an own son of Plentyofit and grandson of Doc's Hickory. He is heavy bred for the cutting and team penning arena and has all the cow needed on the ranch bred in to him. Born and raised on a ranch in very rough country has prepared him for trail riding as well - no spook or fear of crossing natural obstacles in this guy!"Cherry" was born in July 2007, his dam is a proven ranch mare with working cow horse bloodlines, and, maybe worth to mention, one of the prettiest mares we have."Cherry" is registered with AQHA, you can see his full pedigree at allbreedpedigree.com, his registered name is PLENTY CHERRY WINE He was worked with this summer (few rides in the round pen, at least one ride outside) before we brought him back to pasture to grow out. Our horses are mostly bred and used for ranch work and trail rides, some of them will be used for the guest ranch where the guests enjoy working cattle with the cowboys. This country is pretty rough and these horses are sure footed and relaxed when it comes to crossing streams or climbing rocky hills. The foals are ranch raised, surefooted, hardy and withstand our harsh Wyoming weather without problems. We have more young stock for sale, please see them at www.coloredhorseranch.com
