Buster (yep, that's his papered name) should have been called "Surfer Boy" because that's what he looks like! His curly blond forelock and his thick, long mane just scream, "Narly, dude!" He has a mixed mane and tail, which you cannot tell from the picture. We took Buster on a benefit ride this past weekend (100 plus horses) and he took it like he does it every day. Didn't spook of things that really bothered even some of the seasoned horses. If you can sit on a horse, you can ride Buster! He is all you could ever want from a top quality Rocky...natural gait, gentle nature and a willingness to please. He's a love bug! He has a nice thick build now but will surely thicken over the coming years. Buster has the textbook look of the Rocky Mountain Horse...strong, stout, but refined! This gelding really grabs your heart! He is great in the field with other horses. Stands to mount, neck reins, ready to go only when you are! Great feet, good with farrier, trailers great. Rides alone or anywhere in a group. It won't take long for this gelding to be your very best friend. He is just so personable! Never hard to catch, comes to you every time, even if you're holding a halter. Buster will keep you riding for hours on end without a care in the world. He is "bred out the wazoo", as they say. : ) Tobe, Johnson's Toby (grandsire top side), Magnum, Dock, Nick, Choco, Sam Clemon's Tim...now THOSE are bloodlines! The best of the best!
