"Flame" is broke to ride. I rode her this past week (08-27-09) and she was a little rusty after not being riden in over 2yrs, but she had NO BUCK or fight and settled in nicely after 5-10 minutes. I have 6 open mares and need to cut back on a few. This was a hard decision to make but some have to go. She's still a young mare and has been easy to get in foal. I know there are lots of horses out there a lot cheaper, but you can't go wrong on this mare. her ability to produce color and prodce very correct babies makes her a bargain! I hate to see her go but I drew names from a hat. And one of the few broke to ride mares was drawn and I have to stick with it.
