Additional Comments:
*Price Reduced* Used to be a barrel horse. He is very quick. Completely neck reined. Very beautiful. Currently certified and used in the Roseau County Sheriffs Posse. Traffic safe, dog safe, four wheeler safe, bathes, picks up his feet for you! You pick up the first and the rest he does for you. Bridles and saddles great. Stands tied overnight. We had him out in Madora, ND for a month. He did awesome. He was used to carry flags, parade through town, *PICK UP HORSE FOR BRONC RIDING!!!, cowboy race, and barrels. He can be rode for hours with only using one rein! I've done it! I've just started on him with voice commands. He listens to walk, trot, and lope. He doesn't quite have the transition back down, but you never have to kick or kiss. He isn't for a beginner, but may be able to be ridden by a confident intermediate rider. He would be great for a youth wanting to do barrels. I am only selling due to no time to ride. Please contact me. I have more pictures. $1,800obo Can work out a *Payment Plan* **UPDATE** I rode Duke in the St. Jude trail ride up at Bemis Hill with the Posse and ended up having to pony a bucking and rearing horse 4 miles back to camp after it dumped a rider. Duke handled it like a dream! The horse was kicking and biting at him as well as bolting and rearing constantly, and Duke simply ignored it!! I just wrapped the horses lead around the horn and the horse was constantly pulling on it and Duke just leaned into it keeping the horse in place.
