Belle was donated as a 4 yr old Shetland Arab X pony. She is about 13 hands and cute as a button! She is pretty well put together and is a very nice mover. Belle did hop right in the trailer. She stood ok for the farrier for her front feet, but was very scared about him working on her back feet. Belle is very sweet, but will need a patient, experienced handler to bring her along.
Since she came in, her ground manners have been improving, much easier to catch. She has also been in training and is now under saddle. She walks, trots, turns and whoa's. The trainer has also been working her in a rope halte to keep her very light. She is sensitive and a quick learner.
