Here is an OWN SON OF * SHINING SPARK * & out of an own daughter of MAJOR BONANZA! "Champ" had a VERY promising start in his life but while he was in training he got sore and was diagnosed with OCD of the stifle. His owners did the surgery, lay up and tried to get him back in training but he just can't hold up to heavy work or he gets sore. He has been trail ridden a LOT by his 70 year old owner and taken on several BIG group camp out rides and he is great! He even won the ranch horse versatility class with his owner when Champ was only 3 years old! He is also a great ranch horse and has been ranch roped off of. Champ does ride very well 1 handed in the bridle and has a great mind! He is always the same to ride, even after time off. No buck at all! He is an amazing opportunity for someone but he will only be sold to the right person! As far as his soreness goes he does best with regular exercise. His owner has been long trotting him several times a week and trail riding and Champ has been totally sound and comfortable. Like I said though, if you work him hard like slide stopping, backing, etc he will get sore. If he does get sore you can always inject his stifle and that will help him a lot! He has NO vices. $3,500 to an approved home. Shining Spark's stud fee alone was $10,000 last year but his books are now CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC!
