Quiet and Willing to Please 3 y/o Palomino Mare

This mare is for sale because her owner is elderly and thought that he would get back into riding and now has decided not to. She is still green so not recommended for a beginner. She needs wet saddle blankets and more miles and she will be suitable. She does not have any bad habits and will load, stand tied, she trims well and even is shod all the way around. She stands about 14.2h and it utd on feet, teeth, and worming. She is already starting to be light and responsive in the bridle. Moves nicely too!The mare is very quite and does not seem to get excited about much at all so far. When I got her here she was very green and I started with basic ground work and she took to it well and seemed to catch on quickly. I then started her under saddle teaching her to flex and be soft. Now she is loping circles nicely and she is soft in the poll and has lateral and vertical flexion. I really like this mare in the fact that she takes to everything and catches on quick. I have started on the back up and she will, but not as soft yet. Introducing her to leg cues now and she now neckreins. She has a super whoa!! Currently riding her in a ring snaffle. She has been with me for approx. two weeks and has learned a lot in that amount of time. She is fine with fly spray, hooves, saddling, mounting, and trailer loading. She is also easy to get along with and she will pasture alone or with others no problem. In with five other mares at this time and all is well.
