THIS FINE, BEAUTIFUL GELDING HAS BEEN SOLD TO A VERY GOOD HOME. THANKS, CLAUDIA, AND MAY YOU AND YOUR PRETTY LITTLE DAUGHTER, KORI, HAVE MANY, MANY GOOD YEARS WITH OUR FRIEND TOBY. WE ALL LOVE HIM. Toby is a super nice gelding that we've had since he was 18 months old. Although he is pleasure bred, Red Sonny Dee and Poco Bueno, we trained him for reining. He is broke to death, safe for anyone, yet has life. He'll go anywhere you point him, stays calm and even keel on the trail, gets along with other horses, loads, hauls, easy to shoe and tack up, is easy to have around, etc. You can relax, enjoy the ride, and let him take care of you. You can even pull the bridle off and ride him all day long. He squeezes right off into an easy lope, takes his leads, spins, rolls back, has a great stop, and backs, even without a bridle with leg cues. He has a nice, level head set and is really pretty to look at. He's very easy to catch, comes running when you call, and has a loving personality, yet is respectful. We trust him with our young granddaughters, have given reining lessons on him, use him to pony colts, take him out with young horses so he can set a good example for them to follow, and have ridden him all over the Missouri Ozark mountains and the Arizona desert. He is also trained to pull a buggy and looks beautiful doing so. He is definitely a keeper. We are offering him for sale only because we live in Missouri Foxtrotter country and have switched to foxtrotters over the past few years. We're simply not using this magnificent horse enough and feel it's a shame for someone to not be using and enjoying him. He's sound, sane, and perfect. We will sell him to a great home only, or he'll live out his days here on our Rock Slide Ranch. This is a golden opportunity to own one of the best, if you can give him the good home he deserves. He has strong Quarter Horse bloodlines, but is registered in the APHA (American Paint Horse Association.)
