Additional Comments:
Spencer is definately the "go getter" type. He was 2008 Modified Jumper champion on the WHJA and is definately a crowd favorite to watch. He has been champion or reserve at virtually every show he's been to. Very athletic and has springs on his feet. He has no problem with the speed for the child/adult but could also has the jump to move up into the modified divisions. Jumped up to 5'6. Very bold, no spook. Sadly selling because I don't have the time or money to campaign him like he deserves. He has tons of personality and is a thrill to ride
