Smokey is a grandaughter of Stormy's Sugar and has Poco Bueno in her background as well. Smokey is an easy keeper that has had many foals QH and Paint. I do not beleive she is broke, but I have sat on her and she didn't do anything. She is an easy breeder and has no trouble foaling on pasture or in a stall. She is a great mare and we are selling her because we are selling all of our broodmares so we can move. She will not be ready to leave our place till around the end of September since she has a colt on her side right now. WILL CONSIDER REASONABLE OFFER TO RIGHT HOME. Lightning Bolt Barrel Horses Barrel Horses - I train barrel horses mainly for myself, but I have done a couple outside horses. I also break colts for the track and just for riding. I grew up on horses and have shown a bit, jumped, and mainly focused on barrel horses. When I start colts I use a round pen and lots of ground work and driving, then I ride them on the ranch and teach them leg cues among other things. I do my best to make a well rounded colt. |
