Additional Comments:
Scamper is a roping horse deluxe! He's extremely fast & will pin his ears to flat go to whatever you're roping. He's a big, stout gelding that can pull the bark off of a tree. He's not going to be for the beginner as he knows how to track a cow & will absolutely follow it until he's caught it. He is totally sound. He has been used heading & heeling both, so he knows what it's all about. As with any performer, if you going roping, he will need warmed up a bit. If you're just riding him, he's fine! It's only when he has a job to do that he gets a little antsy! We have 15 horses & are thinning out herd & my husband has 2 other horses that he has now trained to track & rope off of here at the ranch. He has now been started in the arena. He's not scared of the box & other horses don't bother him at all. He's not finished in the arena by any means, but he's ready for you to go on with him. Don't miss this opportunity to ride one of the best!
