Triton could be shown by an Amateur in Hunter or Sport Horse In Hand to a national level. Trail classes would be fun competition for him as well. He would require some conditioning to get back into show shape. Triton has been my primary riding horse for the past 13 years, though I have not ridden in about two years due to my pregnancy, etc. He has not been bred since 2001. However, I am certain he will stand up to a pre-veterinary screening for riding and breeding. As our breeding program evolved years ago, it outgrew Tritons type and look. We switched our primary focus to National Level Open Halter/Performance type, which spilled over into Sport Horse and endurance, satisfying everything we hoped to accomplish. Where as Tritons strong suit was tightly nitched in the market of Sport Horse and Working Western. Do not let Tritons smaller height concern you. He passes on great size, whether the mare is petite or large herself. The tallest offspring topped off near 16hh out of a 15.3hh mare and the smallest was 15.1hh out of 14.3hh mare.

Triton will be an irreplaceable asset to any breeder focusing on Sport / Working Western Horse Arabians. His broad array of athletic ability, calm and quiet demeanor and keen intellect are just a few reasons to incorporate him into such a program. Dressage, Reining, Jumping, Cutting, Sport Horse Hunter, Sport Horse In Hand or even Racing, Triton will produce babies that fit all these needs. We have been breeding fine Arabian horses for almost 17 years now. The birth of our first child as well as some other family affairs has prompted us to "re-evaluate" our priorities and we came to the difficult decision that we need to stop breeding and showing for the next several years so we can put all of our focus on family and raising our son. We are selling almost all of our breeding and show stock. All horses are National level competitors or producers for Open, Amateur, or Sport Horse.

I am eager to sell, as I do not have any free time for even the most basic of barn duties now. We have all of our horses, including Triton reasonably priced far below their true value. This should not reflect on their quality, but my eagerness to sell soon. I am open to any offer, the worst thing I could say is no, and I am happy to talk to anyone about the horses.
