This 2006 filly is by Summit Phoenix (Asgard and Glannant ) X Merlen's Rose Marie (Liseter Red Bird). I had purchased this mare with the understanding that she was 13hh and when I got her here well needless to say she is only 12.1hh. Sandy is a pretty Buckskin filly that has a very good disposition and because of that she should make an excellent child's mount or would make a good mount for an adult. She does lead well, will stand tied and is being worked on the ground only going thru the obstacle course and despooking. This mare absolute loves attention and is easy to catch. With her type of movement she should do well as a cart pony for shows or CDE's. She has started her training under saddle and her price will continue to go up with more training.
