Mocha is one beautiful, smooth riding mare. She stands 15.1 hands tall and is 3 years old. This mare has been my husbands trail horse and everywhere we ride, Mocha has gone with us. She has been to Midwest, Mammoth Cave, on benefit rides, at smaller shows and has ridden multiple times at Hoosier National Forest. This mare is a very sane and level-headed mare. She is very naturally gaited and will ride through anything you point her at. She rides as good alone as she does with a group. She will lead or follow the pack. She is non-spooky and easy to control. Mocha does have a motor, but she is not hot-headed and is easy to handle and ride. She just prefers to gait. She is not kicky on the trails and rides fine with other mares and geldings (also pastures well with both). She neckreins and has hours and hours of trail experience. Wades through deep water and plows through the mud. She is as friendly as can be, loves grooming and does all the basic things a good horse should- bathes, clips, loads/unloads, good for farrier, easy to catch, good ground manners, etc. She has no health issues and is UTD on worming, farrier work and shots. Mocha is an awesome horse and we have had a hard time deciding to sell her. The only reason we are listing her is because my husband has found a taller horse to ride.
