Well broke trail mare. Has been my extra horse for my beginner bf and older brothers to ride the trails with. Gentle on the ground and very easy to handle. Ground manners are great! Stands quietly tied, to groom, saddle, bridle, lift feet, fly spray, bathes great after rides, blankets, etc. Is nervous of new people but is fine once she sees your gentle with her. (Just snorts alot.) Fine with riders she doesnt know. Goes through everything weve taken her throughon the trails including walking over huge rock piles, over big branch piles, down and up steep banks, through branches and brush that block the whole trail, makes her own trail through anything. Leads, follows, not agressive towards other known or unknown horses on the trail. Alpha mare in pasture towards my gelding but fine with my mare. Shes a MELLOW horse so prefers to walk more then trot/canter but will if you make her. We've never had kids on her but have had many beginner adults. As long as they had me around to show them when to do she was great. Wonderful pleasure horse, but not for the speedy rider. Trail home only please!! She loves them. TONS of pics and a video.
