Adoption Pending! Corky is a really sweet and well bred gelding. He has had the same owner for the past 11 years. The only reason he is being placed now is that his owners are moving out of state. Otherwise, he would never be available. Corky is a 20 year old grandson of Sir Quincy Dan. He also has Doc Bar, Lura Tivio, and Quincy Dan on his papers. He is around 15.2hh and is really a "been there and done that" kind of horse. Corky is easy to catch, ties, leads, longes, loads in trailers, bathes, stands quietly for the farrier, and takes care of his rider. Some of Corky's life experiences include lots of trail riding, some team penning, roping, and he knows the barrel pattern. He would be a great horse for 4-H, or a dependable trail partner. He has a good work ethic and likes children.
