Blossom is a beautiful mare. She is very brave over fences and has never refused. She was on the hotter side when she was young, but she has calmed down over the years. I have used her for lessons, and she was great. Blossom is sound for lighter riding without an medication, but she does have some arthritis in her LH pastern from a old injury, and gets a little sore if she is being worked hard everyday. Blossom throws gorgeous baby's, and you can see her '09 colt by Landonn on this site. We have her bread bake to Landonn for a '10 foal. (Landonn is an imported Holsteiner by Lordship out of Madeleine.) If her next foal is anything like like the one she threw this year, the baby would be well worth $7500 and we are throwing Blossom in for free! Blossom is an excellent mother, and being buckskin would make an excellent addition to any breeding program. Blossom is 1/4 Trakehner, 1/4 Thoroughbred, and 1/2 Quarter Horse so she basically a glorified appendix. Blossom is inspected and approved in the RPSI mare book.
