Mouse is a big little horse. He may be short, but he's got plenty under the saddle to get the job done. Handles and rides well, very careful and sure-footed on trails. Good-tempered and easy, easy, easy to be around. I took him to a ranch race and while I didn't compete on him (it was his first exposure to anything like that) we went through the obstacles during the break and he handled them great. Tarp streamers, rocking bridge, the big step-ups, boggy ditches and all. No vices, sound, loads, stands tied, etc.... Handled the Christmas parade like the sensible gelding he is.
